
An established real estate investment organization is seeking an Real Estate Counsel to support a broad range of legal matters related to real estate transactions and portfolio operations. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, development, asset management, and leasing. Support negotiation and preparation of commercial contracts such as NDAs, operating agreements, partnership agreements, employment agreements, and vendor agreements. Conduct due diligence with emphasis on title and survey review. Review governance documents including declarations, HOA materials, and condominium documents. Prepare development agreements, construction contracts, management contracts, and related materials. Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal guidance as needed. Oversee outside counsel managing litigation and insurance matters.
Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school. Active member in good standing of at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Experience & Skills 2–7 years of relevant legal experience related to real estate ownership, management, or investment. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical capabilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment. xsgimln Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
