Responsibilities
Collaborate with the contracted sales consulting firm to follow up on pre-qualified lead for the company’s temperature monitoring systems and related equipment (sensors, gateways etc.).
Communicate professionally with potential clients to highlight product value, address inquiries, etc.
Negotiate pricing, contracts and terms to secure orders.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and post-purchase support.
Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and sales progress, provide regular updates to management.
Stay updated on product portfolio, industry trends and competitors to deliver professional client advice.
Job Requirements
Education Background: Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Electronics Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of IoT products, including key features, application scenarios and industry trends.
Strong self-management and self-motivation skills with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets proactively.
Passion for sales, with a customer-centric mindset and a drive to build long-term client relationships.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
Work Arrangement:
2 days on-site work per week
Preferred Qualifications
Previous sales experience in electronics, IoT or related technology industries.
Familiarity with the U.S electronics market and customer purchasing behaviors.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office suite.
