Reviews closing documents to ensure all forms are properly signed, witnessed, and notarized. Coordinates obtaining applicable corrections with the closing attorney. Scan all lender packages, and mail/FedEx all disbursements for files. Uploads signed packages to lender portals. Mails checks to all parties for each transaction. Confirms the cost of recording prior to sending documents to record. Prepares the transfer P-61 to send with deeds to record. Record all required documents via eRecording. Receive recorded documents and mail out to buyers and lenders. Scan all recorded documents and surveys into the SoftPro system for final title policy issuance, if applicable. Post final title policies to SoftPro from third-party title companies. Mail out final title policies and recorded documents. Respond to post-closing emails and title clearance requests. Benefits
