An insurance company in Daniel Island, SC is hiring an experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join their small, tight-knit team. The ideal candidate will have their valid SC Property & Casualty Insurance License as well as experience on the commercial insurance side. Responsibilities: Manage and service an existing book of commercial insurance business Process billing and invoicing for clients in a timely and accurate manner Handle policy endorsements and make necessary updates to coverage Process auto policy changes and other client-requested modifications Monitor and act on an expiration list to ensure timely renewals Provide high-level customer service to existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently Collaborate closely with other Account Managers, Producers, and the Marketing team to support the renewal and remarketing process for existing accounts Maintain accurate documentation and records in the agency management system Ensure compliance with agency procedures, carrier guidelines, and industry regulations Support the overall client retention goals by delivering excellent service and proactive account management Qualifications: Valid SC Property & Casualty Insurance License Commercial insurance support experience 4 year degree preferred Schedule: M-Th, 8:30am-4:30pm, Fri 8:30-3:30pm 4 days in office ,1 day remote each week Benefits: Yearly raises and 2 bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision benefits PTO Collaborate work environment and fun work culture events
