Overview This role is focused on helping build and scale a new division within the business. It is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want hands-on experience, real responsibility, and exposure to how a recruiting business grows. This is an individual contributor role with meaningful ownership across recruiting, client relationships, and division growth.

What You’ll Do

Help close new client opportunities and launch active searches

Manage and support client accounts throughout active searches

Support full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates

Improve recruiting workflows and account processes as the division scales

Support the expansion and growth of a new division within the business

Take on more responsibility as you prove impact and capability
