Financial Aid Advisor
- North Andover, MA Our client, a training and education organization, is seeking a Financial Aid Advisor to support students through general financial aid processes. This role involves assisting with documentation, managing data in internal systems, and providing basic guidance on funding options while supporting daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist with collecting, organizing, and reviewing student financial aid documents
Provide general guidance to students on application steps and available funding options
Enter and update information in internal systems and track required items
Prepare standard communications and review forms for accuracy
Meet with students to explain financial responsibilities and next steps
Coordinate with internal teams regarding missing documentation or follow‑ups
Maintain basic logs, reports, and student records
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in an office, customer service, or financial aid‑related role preferred
Experience with data entry preferred
