Overview
About the Role: As a CBRE Loan Servicing Sr. Analyst, you will manage the servicing of small to medium-sized portfolios of commercial mortgage loans. This job is part of the Loan Servicing function. They are responsible for the administrative aspects of a loan from the disbursement of funds to the final payment.
Responsibilities
Conduct analysis of escrow accounts in compliance with Lender requirements.
Ensure timely payment of tax payments to various third-party vendors and taxing authorities for escrowed loans.
Provide research and support to loan servicing team regarding tax related queries.
Review Loan Closing Documents and setup to ensure escrow compliance with lender requirements.
Work with various taxing authorities across the US to review and correct any tax related issues.
Utilize CBRE systems to review escrow data and run reports.
Assist in gathering documentation for audits and certifications.
Uphold CBRE RISE values and demonstrate excellence in work quality.
Adhere to standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Facilitate effective information exchange and mutual understanding within the team.
Pay close attention to details and timelines.
