Overview
North Shore Apartments in Menasha, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Professional to support leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day property operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and looking to grow in residential property management. You’ll work closely with the Property Manager to ensure smooth operations, high resident satisfaction, and strong leasing performance. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants Answer phones, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and greet visitors Conduct property tours and guide prospects through the leasing process Explain lease terms, community policies, and resident responsibilities clearly Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident transitions Support daily administrative and operational tasks Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and unit turnovers Perform property inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal Assist with marketing efforts to promote vacancies and maximize occupancy Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and company policies Maintain accurate records within property management software systems Qualifications
Experience in leasing, property management, or residential real estate preferred Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with property management software is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed) Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Professional, positive, and approachable demeanor Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay may be higher for candidates with directly relevant experience Full-time benefits package includes:
