Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, leasing, retail, or marketing. Assistant Property Manager experience preferred.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Clark Personnel is seeking a Sales & Customer Service to join a fast-paced apartment community in Daphne! This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service, sales, and marketing who enjoys working with people and hitting performance goals.
Responsibilities
Assist with leasing support, prospect follow-up, and community tours
Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
Support marketing/outreach efforts to drive traffic and leasing activity
Help with resident events, renewals/retention, and work order follow-up
Track daily leasing activity and performance metrics
Position Requirements
Strong communication and organization skills
Comfortable in a goal-driven environment
