The Role The Senior Coordinator, Platinum Access is a key role within the On Location Platinum Access & Enterprise Sales teams. It supports custom program business development and account management for a variety of clients, including corporate buyers, high net-worth individuals, sponsors, national federations, licensees, suppliers, donors, and other stakeholders of National Olympic Committees (NOCs), International Federations, rightsholder affiliates, and host cities/organizing committees. The role will help maximize business development by recommending technology processes and sales enablement tools to improve CRM, pipeline management, and on-site delivery. From time to time, the role will support the Program Management/Operations team to deliver contractual program elements. The role involves working across On Location workstreams, such as Technology, Data, B2B Sales, Marketing, and Games Services.

Primary Responsibilities
Business Operations
Provide general support to the Platinum Access and Enterprise Sales Team as needed
Lead and manage onboarding and training processes for both teams, as new employees are hired and new processes or technologies are developed
Develop and maintain working relationships with all functional areas/workstreams; be available to assist other related projects as needed
Maintain working knowledge in areas including: Commercial and Stakeholder/Affiliate Product Offerings and Inventory; competition/venue locations and event schedules; authentic cultural experiences and local interests for B2B, corporate guests, and HNWIs
Author and distribute event-related communications to applicable staff
Ensure understanding and alignment with On Location and client business objectives
Execute other duties as assigned by the team or leadership
Business Development
Manage supporting tools for pipeline management (e.g., Airtable), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and POS systems (varies by rightsholder)
Develop and maintain relationships with allocated accounts from initial contact through contracting to drive Custom Programs
Identify and address unique hospitality requirements of each client, cultivating relationships and designing optimal products and programs
Build and manage event budgets during ideation and curation with oversight to ensure financial viability
Author, edit, assist with design, and/or produce proposal materials
Support contracting with negotiations and approvals to secure best available rates
Support RFIs/RFPs and other client responses as needed with cross-functional collaboration
Enhance CRM and pipeline processes using technology tools
Maintain client records in CRM/database (Salesforce) and inventory management systems (e.g., Optimo, Secutix)
Account Management
Coordinate with the Program Management team on feasibility of programs and solutions
Analyze post-event financials, expenses, payments, reconciliations, client reporting, and GL allocations
Review post-event notes and client surveys to ensure brand quality standards
Maintain collection and documentation of event summary information (historic sales reporting, surveys, financial reporting)
Assemble information from functional areas on objectives, deliverables, timelines, staffing, budgets, etc.
Attend events and client meetings/site visits as required
Prepare written materials and revisions including executive summaries and case studies
Program Management
Take on an on-site role in the delivery of individual programs as requested
Other Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing procedures, systems, and efficiencies
Participate in Team and Leadership Team meetings, as needed
Provide leadership and feedback on process development and improvement
Participate in post-event reviews and continuous quality improvement activities
Monthly expense and/or event budget reconciliations
Maintain a customer-first approach by considering the entire event ecosystem from the customer journey perspective
Lead by example, embody core values, and inspire creativity and innovation
Collaborate across teams and workstreams
Travel Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work, including extended hours nights, weekends, and holidays. International travel may be required, including extended periods of remote work in host cities. Expected travel is approximately 15-20% annually and 1-2 months of continuous travel during rightsholder events.

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Development, Account Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in a management position (minimum 2+ years), preferably in a B2B role or within travel and hospitality
Proficiency in Salesforce, Keynote, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and Adobe (InDesign and Photoshop)
Preferred Education And/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage complex corporate accounts
Experience with B2B, corporate groups, and high-touch guest services and event operations
Hands-on approach to executing customized solutions for B2B and/or corporate clients
Understanding of the entertainment landscape across sports, fashion, culinary, and other cultural verticals
Strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills with collaborative style
Creative, strategic thinker with excellent time-management and organizational skills in a high-pressure environment
Ability to balance creativity with logistical execution and manage multiple tasks
