Customer Service Representative
to join our Fort Worth team. This role is responsible for assisting customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and policies
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Process basic documentation, forms, and service requests
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
