Amplified Marketing is a boutique, award winning experiential agency that builds brand experiences through lifestyle, entertainment, fashion, beauty, sports and hospitality programs. We are currently seeking a Director, Experiential to join the growing team. He / she / they must have technical fabrication and vendor management experience as well as strong project and time management skills to ensure that events / programs are executed to agency standard, budget and comply with state and national regulations. The role will work cross functionally across 2 – 3 clients at Amplified, including our alcohol beverage and lifestyle clients. YOUR PROFILE

An experienced leader in event production with substantial project and vendor management expertise. Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional time management skills. Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining agency standards and compliance. 50% EVENT PRODUCTION & EXECUTION | Deliver Exceptional Experiences

Key Responsibilities (50%)

Oversee the production and execution, with visibility into the design process of multiple events simultaneously, ensuring projects meet agency standards, timelines, and budgets. Manage all technical aspects of event builds, including material selection, shop drawing review, and fabrication functionality for intended usage. Lead compliance efforts, ensuring event builds adhere to safety protocols and state and national regulations. Serve as the lead point of contact for vendor management, handling everything from fabrication briefs and estimate reviews to on-site event coordination. Resolve on-site challenges and ensure smooth execution during activations. TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT | Foster Growth and Collaboration

Key Responsibilities (30%)

Provide production guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional growth. Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring clear communication and alignment on client goals and objectives. Lead by example in managing projects, demonstrating high standards of professionalism and creativity. Collaborate with internal teams to align on event strategies and execution plans. VENDOR & CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT | Ensure Excellence in Partnerships

Key Responsibilities (20%)

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and seamless communication. Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and insights throughout the event lifecycle. Prepare comprehensive event activation documents for internal and external stakeholders, including schedules, safety plans, and production overviews. Represent Amplified Marketing with professionalism and ingenuity, ensuring client and vendor trust. QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree required, plus 9+ years of experience in production of live events, mobile tours and fabrication of custom event elements Strong time management and organizational skills Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Ability to manage and provide clear direction of in-house agency team and outside vendors Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguous situations and conditions, and an ongoing need to identify, assess, and solve problems quickly and frequently High level of professionalism, enthusiasm, ingenuity, self-motivation, resourcefulness and drive for results in a fast-paced space Familiarity with alcohol beverage concepts, practices and procedures Required to employ an alternative work schedule, including weekends and evenings if needed during event activations Skilled in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Up to 40% travel

The Amplified team is a hybrid in-office / remote team and requires team members are in-office 3-days per week. Compensation package includes competitive base, annual bonus eligibility, healthcare contribution and cell phone stipend. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience with a base salary range of $116,000 - $130,000 / year.
