Assign repair orders efficiently based on technician skill level, availability, and job complexity Maintain a steady workflow by monitoring job progress and technician productivity Communicate effectively with all service department staff Assist in balancing shop capacity and meeting daily service targets Coordinate with service advisors to ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction Perform additional administrative or operational duties as assigned Qualifications
Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen Mature, disciplined personality Effective communication, organizational and time management skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Friendly, approachable, and maintains a positive outlook Open to feedback and motivated to develop skills
