Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Commercial Lines Assistant at World Insurance Associates LLC. Insurance license is a must. The role involves supporting the commercial lines team by managing client accounts, processing policies, preparing documentation, and assisting with underwriting processes. Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality customer service, efficiently addressing client inquiries, and supporting client prospecting efforts. Collaboration with team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery will be essential.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Commercial, Commercial Management, and Client Prospecting

Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities

Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships

Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively

Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is an advantage

Experience in transportation insurance industry preferred

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus
