Senior Regional Property Manager
to oversee a multi‑state portfolio of
institutional, value‑add multifamily assets
for a
quickly growing mid-sized owner operator . This role is ideal for someone who has worked for an
owner‑operator , brings strong operational discipline, and thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support onsite teams across multiple markets
Drive NOI through revenue management, expense control, and operational best practices
Oversee value‑add execution: renovations, repositioning, and business plan delivery
Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational, financial, and brand standards
Analyze property performance, budgets, KPIs, and recommend improvements
Collaborate with asset management, and construction teams
What We’re Looking For
5–10+ years
in multifamily operations with regional oversight
Experience with
owner‑operators
or institutional‑grade operators
Strong background in
value‑add
or renovation‑heavy portfolios
Detail‑oriented, organized, and highly accountable
A hungry, driven leader who elevates team performance
Proficiency with Yardi
