Provide customer service and sales oriented support in a bilingual (Spanish-English) environment. Engage with diverse clients and assist with inquiries related to coverage and services. Support team objectives with a positive, proactive approach.
Requirements / Requisitos
Bilingual Spanish - English Computer skills Ability to interact with diverse clients Demonstrate personal initiative and the ability to solve problems Flexible schedule to work Monday through Saturday Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
