Parts Counter Sales Associate
to join our Tampa location (6501 Adamo Drive, Tampa, Florida 33619). This role is a critical first point of contact for customers and plays a key part in supporting daily operations, invoicing, vendor coordination, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has basic industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and incoming inquiries Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships Assist with order processing and coordinating orders with vendors Support counter operations and help manage customer flow as needed Work closely with technicians and leadership to ensure smooth daily workflow Maintain accurate records and documentation Utilize basic computer systems for order entry, invoicing, and communication Assist with product-related questions involving core products such as: Power Take Offs (PTOs), Pumps, Drivelines Qualifications & Skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) Dependable with reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good basic computer skills Some knowledge of the powertrain, hydraulics, or related industry preferred Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy shop environment Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support where needed Preferred Experience
Previous counter, parts, or customer-facing experience in a mechanical, automotive, or industrial setting Exposure to powertrain or hydraulic components is a plus but not required What We Offer
