What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist customers at U-Haul centers with products and services both inside and outside
Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring equipment is clean and inspected
Answer customer inquiries and prepare rental invoices
Participate in ongoing training and education related to U-Haul services
What is Required (Qualifications)
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks including moving equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks requiring safety precautions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in customer service or a related field
Certifications for operating a forklift and handling propane (available through U-Haul)
Familiarity with the moving and transportation industry
