As our Construction Superintendent, you'll be the driving force on the ground, leading each project from the first scoop of dirt to the final walkthrough. You will own timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring every build is delivered with excellence and precision. Lead all on-site construction operations, keeping the project moving smoothly and driving each milestone toward on-time completion. Own the schedule, budget, and resource planning, ensuring the team operates at peak efficiency and every dollar and hour is maximized. Champion a culture of safety, enforcing regulations and company policies to maintain a secure, compliant, and proactive jobsite. Guide and motivate subcontractors and crews, ensuring everyone on-site is aligned, productive, and delivering their best work. Conduct hands-on quality inspections, ensuring every phase of construction meets the highest standards and exceeds client expectations. Keep communication flowing, providing clear, consistent project updates to internal teams, leadership, and all key stakeholders. Tackle challenges head-on, quickly addressing issues, delays, or conflicts to keep the project on track and solutions-driven.
