What You’ll Do Engage with prospective and existing clients through inbound and outbound calls, in-person meetings, and targeted outreach Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate insurance solutions Support policy processing, documentation, and client records with accuracy and attention to detail Confidently present product options and overcome objections while working toward sales goals Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing questions and maintaining strong client relationships Assist with marketing initiatives and sales campaigns to support growth and retention Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients understand their coverage and next steps Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards Stay informed on insurance products, company offerings, and industry updates What We’re Looking For Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, retail sales, or a similar client-facing role Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills Comfortable presenting solutions, handling objections, and hearing “no” High energy, confidence, and professionalism Strong technical skills and ability to navigate CRM systems and sales tools Reliable, focused, and able to work on-site without distractions Team-oriented mindset with a drive to learn and grow What We Offer Competitive compensation with performance-based growth potential 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Disability insurance Paid time off Work Location: On-site only – Fremont, Michigan If you are motivated, customer-driven, and ready to grow your career in a dynamic sales and service environment, we would like to hear from you.
