This is not an ads role.

No boosted posts. No paid media. No CPMs. You'll own direct outreach — DMs, group engagement, and community infiltration on Facebook and LinkedIn. If your background is in paid social or brand advertising, this isn\'t the right fit.

About The Role We already know who they are. We already know they want to talk.

This is not a "figure out ICP" role. We have validated demand. We have names, faces, and communities. What we need is someone to execute direct, high-volume outreach on Facebook and LinkedIn — the kind that gets responses, not bans.

You'll lead our GTM motion. Not support it.

Lead it.

This is a

highly visible, long-term role . The systems you build and the playbooks you write will define how we scale. A win here gets talked about for decades — not because we\'ll remember it, but because the industry will.

Compensation Up to

$500,000

max total compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated (amount reflects combined cash and equity components).

What Success Looks Like in 30 Days

You\'ve launched DM campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn that are generating real conversations

You\'ve infiltrated and activated relevant groups without getting nuked

You\'ve established a sustainable outreach cadence that balances velocity with platform survival

You\'ve built (or refined) automation workflows that multiply your reach without compromising deliverability

You\'ve coordinated a small army of humans (crowdsourced outreach) to extend your reach beyond what any single account can do

You\'ve documented your approach so it scales beyond you

What You\'ll Do

Own the DM channel

— design and execute direct message outreach on Facebook and LinkedIn that gets responses, not spam reports

Work the groups

— identify, join, and activate Facebook and LinkedIn groups where our audience lives; add value first, extract attention second

Hack the platforms

— understand the policies, test the limits, stay alive; you know where the line is and how close you can get without crossing it

Build automation workflows

— use tools like Phantom Buster, Dripify, Expandi, MeetAlfred, or custom scripts to scale outreach without manual copy-paste

Coordinate human crowdsourcing

— manage a distributed team of warm accounts, VAs, or micro-influencers to amplify reach across the social graph

Navigate platform risk

— warm up accounts, rotate profiles, manage trust scores, and recover from setbacks without losing momentum

Track everything

— build dashboards that show what\'s working, what\'s getting flagged, and where to focus next

Iterate relentlessly

— test messaging, timing, targeting, and channel mix; kill what doesn\'t work, double down on what does

Take ownership of results — good or bad

What We\'re Looking For

5+ years

doing direct social outreach — DMs, groups, communities — on Facebook and/or LinkedIn

Deep platform fluency

— you know how the algorithms work, what triggers flags, and how to stay under the radar

Proven track record of

running high-volume outreach without getting banned

(or getting banned and recovering like a pro)

Hands-on experience with

outreach automation tools

(Phantom Buster, Dripify, Expandi, MeetAlfred, TexAu, custom browser automation, etc.)

Experience

coordinating human crowdsourcing

— managing VAs, distributed account networks, or ambassador programs to scale outreach

Scrappy and resourceful

— you find workarounds, not excuses

Comfortable in the gray zone — you understand platform policies well enough to push them without breaking them

Systems thinker

— you build repeatable processes, not one-off hacks

Not looking for a team to manage — you\'re ready to do the work yourself (and orchestrate others doing it too)

Experience at a

venture-backed startup

is a plus

Bonus:

experience in regulated industries (fintech, healthtech, etc.) where social outreach is extra tricky

Why This Role is Different Most social outreach roles are about figuring out who to talk to. We\'ve already done that. We know the communities. We know the profiles. We know they want what we\'re building.

What we need is the execution engine. Someone who can take a validated list and turn it into booked calls. Someone who understands that the real skill isn\'t writing good copy — it\'s staying alive on platforms that actively suppress outbound.

This is the role where you prove that social outreach at scale is possible without paid ads. If you pull it off, you\'re not just a growth hire — you\'re a case study.
