
Parts Advisor (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do
Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts and accessory needs
Locate parts from in-house inventory or external sources (vendors, other dealerships, online)
Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts and accessories
Monitor inventory levels and keep the parts warehouse clean and organized
Coordinate parts delivery and installation when needed
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
Stay current on vehicle models, accessories, and promotions
Ensure parts are delivered safely, accurately, and on time
Support team operations and take on additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
Previous dealership or automotive experience required
Strong customer service mindset with a friendly, professional attitude
Excellent communication and phone skills
Solid computer and internet skills
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
