Role Information For an international customer support operation, our client is recruiting

Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agents . This

entry-level position

offers the opportunity to work remotely while being based in Greece and includes a

paid relocation package

to support the move.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in Dutch via phone, email, and digital support channels

Provide clear and accurate information regarding services or products

Resolve customer requests by following established procedures

Register customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems

Work in line with quality standards and performance targets

Refer complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate support level

Qualifications

Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written

Good working knowledge of English (level B2)

No previous customer service experience required; training is provided

Confident user of computers and digital tools

Clear communication style and a solution-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Willingness to relocate and live in Greece
