Role Description
The Leasing Coordinator supports property management and leasing operations by serving as a trusted, client-facing point of contact for property owners and Real Estate Advisors. This role manages the leasing process from initial inquiry through onboarding and lease execution, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and high-quality experience for all parties. Core Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for property owners and Real Estate Advisors, clearly communicating the onboarding and leasing process, required documentation, timelines, and next steps. Respond promptly to leasing inquiries (phone, email, web leads) in accordance with established service-level standards; accurately log and track all leads in the CRM or property management system. Support Real Estate Advisors with all leasing documentation, including GAR forms, rental applications, screening reports, lease drafts, and move-in materials, ensuring files are complete, accurate, and compliant. Confidently present and articulate property management and leasing services to prospective owner clients during meetings, calls, and presentations. Coordinate property showings and owner onboarding meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, materials, note-taking, action items, and timely follow-up. Process rental applications, order and review screening reports, and prepare approval or denial communications in compliance with company policy and Fair Housing requirements. Track and report on key leasing metrics such as application-to-lease conversion rates, days on market, and occupancy for assigned listings; proactively identify risks and recommend strategies to improve performance. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across all systems, including property management software, CRM, and shared trackers, covering leads, applications, leases, renewals, and move-ins. Coordinate lease renewals by monitoring upcoming expirations, issuing renewal offers, tracking responses, and securing timely decisions and documentation. Facilitate smooth move-in and move-out experiences by managing checklists, key transfers, welcome materials, and coordination with maintenance teams as needed. Escalate complex owner or resident issues to the appropriate Property Manager or Real Estate Advisor with clear documentation and recommended options. Support marketing efforts by ensuring listing accuracy, updating availability information, and assisting with basic marketing initiatives as assigned. Qualifications
1 - 3 years of experience in residential leasing, property management, or a related client-facing real estate role preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence leading calls and small-group presentations. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through; ability to manage multiple listings, owners, and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in standard office software and ability to quickly learn industry-specific tools such as MLS, property management platforms, and CRM systems. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly between Buckhead, Intown, North Atlanta, and Cobb offices and properties as needed. Work Location
Primary Office: Buckhead Travel Requirement: Regular rotation between Intown, North Atlanta, and Cobb offices to provide dedicated support to Real Estate Advisors and property owners. Physical Requirements (ADA)
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the office during the workday. Ability to lift and carry office materials weighing up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
