Tom Wood Aviation, in Indianapolis, IN is searching for a part-time Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations, ensuring a positive experience for every client. Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and reservations, maintaining clear and professional communication at all times. Resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate effectively with teammates to deliver top-notch customer service that fosters long-term customer loyalty and contributes to increased profitability. Coordinate with colleagues for accounting and invoicing. Aviation knowledge is extremely helpful but not mandatory. Qualifications
Strong attention to detail in processing orders, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction Effective communicator who understands the importance of listening and being empathetic Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly. Solid computer and multi-tasking skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to achieve common goals MUST HAVE-Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Benefits
