This position performs a wide variety of specialized clerical duties in support of the Municipal Court, including customer service, data entry, courtroom support, and verifying and providing information and assistance to the public in a courteous and professional manner. Bilingual Skills Desired.
Minimum Qualifications Applicants must fully meet ONE of the requirements below by date of application with no substitutions.
Associates Degree, OR
Equivalent to graduation from high school and one (1) year of clerical experience in a court or legal system environment, OR
Equivalent to graduation from high school and three (3) years of clerical experience involving public contact, customer service, or cashiering.
New hires must obtain applicable level of NCIC/NCJIS certification and/or training within 6 months of the date of appointment and maintain proficiency as needed.
