Role Overview A Seasonal Customer and Business Solutions Representative I works in all aspects of customer service including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. The role may also involve helping with warehouse stocking and retrieving items, making deliveries, operating a forklift, pitching in with housekeeping, and supporting general branch needs.
Responsibilities
Assist with electronic order entry and processing using JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner
Submit and code bills and invoices to the Accounts Payable department for payment
Work closely with the Sales and Operations team to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs
Assist with monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory counts
Support the Sales Team with inaccurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns
Prepare reports under manager's supervision
Aid team members in administrative tasks
Qualifications
0‑1 years of experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to learn JD Edwards (training will be provided)
The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely
High School Diploma or equivalent
Great Fit
Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Professional response to inquiries or complaints
Read, write, and speak English fluently
Compensation and Benefits
The base hourly compensation ranges from $16.83 to $22.41 per hour. Wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
