We are seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
to oversee commercial construction projects throughout the
Washington, DC metro area . This is a hands-on role for a field-driven professional who excels at managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering high-quality projects safely and on schedule. What You’ll Do Supervise all on-site construction activities and field personnel on commercial projects Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain efficient workflow Enforce job site safety in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies Review and fully understand project plans, drawings, and specifications Track project progress and provide regular updates to project management Lead daily site meetings and proactively resolve field issues Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting What We’re Looking For Minimum of 4
years of experience
as a Construction Superintendent, preferably on commercial projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and applicable building codes Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Proven ability to deliver projects
safely, on time, and within budget Experience with construction management software is a plus
