
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team! This position is located in Stamford, Connecticut.
Duties:
Serve as the subject-matter expert on the hospitality industry, including brand groups, ownership/management companies, and independent hotels
Identify market trends and customer needs to inform GTM strategy and sales alignment
Refine the independent hotels sub-segmentation model to enhance targeting, positioning, and campaign effectiveness
Build, execute, and optimize robust go-to-market plans supporting the full product portfolio
Drive cohesive multi-product narratives and support sales with vertical-specific messaging and materials
Support significant product launches with hospitality-market insights, content, and activation plans
Engage with major hospitality brands to expand consideration, support MSAs, and develop strategic partnerships
Support ABM efforts for the top 5 hospitality brands through targeted, customized campaigns and content
Partner with sales leadership to deepen brand relationships and accelerate enterprise-level opportunities
Coordinate and implement enterprise-wide marketing campaigns by collaborating with internal teams and external advertising agencies
Craft creative media strategies leveraging research teams and deep customer insights
Develop and support marketing campaigns for acquisition, upgrade, cross-sell, upsell, retention, education, and brand initiatives, including experience developing television commercials
Work closely with product marketing, research, analytics, sales, creative agencies, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of all campaign outputs
Manage complex marketing projects with strong prioritization, organization, and decision-making skills—even under pressure
Desired Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (required)
3+ years of direct marketing experience
3+ years of experience partnering with creative advertising agencies to develop marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results
Strong understanding of the hospitality sector and hotel ecosystem
Experience with verticalized B2B marketing preferred
Advanced knowledge of telecommunications products and services
Proven success developing and executing multi-channel GTM plans and integrated campaigns
Expert-level understanding of marketing strategies, processes, and project management
History of creating or influencing television commercial development across multiple marketing objectives
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data and continually evolve strategies based on performance insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Proven track record of developing scientific matrices and executing with precision

The approximate pay range for this position starting at
$80,000 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
