We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on social media leader to shape and elevate the digital voice of a
national, mission-driven organization .
This role owns social strategy end-to-end—from vision through execution—blending creative storytelling with data-driven insights to grow awareness, deepen engagement, and bring real-world impact to life across platforms.
Responsibilities What makes this role exciting:
Lead social strategy and daily execution across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Build compelling, platform-native content and campaigns that connect culture, community, and impact
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency
Use analytics and insights to continuously optimize performance
Mentor and manage a growing social media team
Capture and translate on-the-ground moments into powerful digital storytelling
Qualifications Ideal background:
6+ years leading social media strategy for brands or organizations
Proven experience managing and leading a team
Strong creative instincts with a sharp eye for voice, tone, and visuals
Experience managing teams and collaborating with agencies
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-impact environments
Passion for using social media as a tool for connection, awareness, and change
