Opportunity Overview Account Specialist position based in Naperville, IL 60540. This is a 5-month contract assignment (W-2). You will oversee account enrollment processes, managing transactions, encouraging utility partnerships, and providing crucial support in billing and arrears operations. This versatile role demands the ability to perform multiple customer service and administrative tasks, including collections efforts in Illinois. You will have the efficiency in task completion.
Your Day-to-Day
You will be responsible for account enrollments, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines with urgency.
Handle transaction management, maintaining records and efficient processes.
Develop strong relationships with utility partners.
Provide essential support in billing operations and arrears.
Perform customer service and administrative tasks to support operations.
Contribute to multiple projects, optimizing processes and supporting operational goals.
