We are a reputable, customer-focused roofing contractor specializing in residential and/or commercial roofing services. Our team is committed to quality workmanship, integrity, and exceptional service — and we’re growing! We’re looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Representative/Estimator to join our team and help homeowners and businesses find the best roofing solutions for their needs. Key Responsibilities
Meet with customers to assess roofing needs, inspect roof systems, and identify repair or replacement solutions Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and scopes of work Educate customers on roofing options, materials, and warranties Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and vendors Follow up on leads and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract Collaborate with production and office staff to ensure smooth project handoff Track activity in CRM or sales software and provide timely reporting Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and integrity Qualifications
Previous experience in roofing, construction, estimating, or outside sales preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs as needed Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions Computerliterate (CRM, email, basic estimating tools) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and customerfocused Compensation & Benefits
