Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear that meets their needs and style preferences.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain the boutique's appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and inviting.
Inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and keeping accurate records.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with marketing and promotional activities, sales, and customer engagement.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales and administrative tasks, preferably in eyewear or fashion.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with office software and point of sale systems.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion and eyewear.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
