Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for existing and new customers regarding product development, delivery, and customer service
Manage customer quotations and negotiate terms and conditions
Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to drive business development
Develop and present sales proposals and business plans for key accounts
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the powersports industry
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Development & Management preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales/account management in a related field
Previous technical sales experience
Strong leadership capabilities and manufacturing knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel on short notice
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the powersports industry or with OEMs
Proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships
Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
Experience in formulating business plans and revenue strategies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
