Execute outbound sales and lead generation Manage pipeline in CRM, record calls, follow-ups Customize proposals, send contracts & legal documents Follow up on proposals and contracts Coordinate with recruitment & HR for placements Report daily activity & results Requirements
Fluent English & Spanish 2-5 years B2B sales (remote/outbound preferred) Proven cold calling experience CRM proficiency (HubSpot desirable) Quiet workspace + reliable internet Benefits
