About You We are looking for an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with healthcare customers using PrecisePK’s software solutions in the precision dosing and therapeutic drug monitoring space. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, and long-term success. You will partner closely with clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholders to ensure customers are receiving maximum value from our products, while also identifying opportunities for expansion and renewal. This is a client-facing role that blends relationship management, healthcare domain knowledge, and SaaS solution expertise.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary relationship owner for new and existing customer accounts

Ensure customers are successfully onboarded and fully supported throughout the account lifecycle

Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to ensure the optimal use of PrecisePK’s software solutions

Manage account renewals and identify opportunities for upsell or expansion

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, engineering, and leadership) to address customer needs and feedback

Conduct regular check-ins, product reviews, and strategic account discussions with clients

Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices

Maintain accurate account information and activity tracking within the CRM

Represent PrecisePK professionally in customer meetings, conferences, and industry events

Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare stakeholders, building long-term partnerships

Requirements

Bachelor\'s Degree or higher from top-tier institution in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Strong knowledge of the healthcare environment (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, or health systems)

Previous experience in account management, customer success, sales, or business development within healthcare or SaaS

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to translate technical or clinical concepts into clear value for customers

Self-motivated, organized, professional, and results-oriented

Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a SaaS environment

Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot

Experience working with clinical or pharmacy stakeholders
