Role Description This role will start as part-time for an Account Manager based in Charlotte, NC. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring quality service delivery, and proactively addressing client needs.
Common Tasks will include:
Managing current accounts-CRM
In-person site visits for Quality review and light maintenance.
Maintaining and growing current customer pipeline
Coordinating with service teams
Exceptional customer responsiveness
Effective/consistent communication and solutions-oriented approaches are essential
Initial weekly time commitment averages 20 hrs per week but could increase to 30 hrs during busy seasons (Spring and Fall)
Qualifications
Client relationship management, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Experience in account management and project coordination
Knowledge of landscaping maintenance, snow removal, or facilities management (preferred)
Proficiency with scheduling tools and CRM software (preferred)
Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC area, and manage multiple client accounts effectively
Highly motivated, self driven, with strong attention to customer satisfaction
Experience in managing vendor relationships is a plus
