
Real Estate Paralegal – Washington, DC (Hybrid) | Up to $100K
We’re partnering with a leading Am Law firm to hire a
Real Estate Paralegal
to support a fast‑growing Real Estate & Corporate Transactions practice. This is a fantastic role for someone who wants real responsibility, hands‑on deal experience, and the chance to work directly with a dynamic, younger partner who handles
Real Estate, RE Transactions, PE/VC, M&A, Hospitality, Corporate, and Tax
matters.
You do not need experience in all of these—commercial real estate is the key.
What You’ll Do
Work closely with a great Partner. Support transactional real estate matters across acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and hospitality deals
Prepare closing binders (important: this role
requires
willingness to handle binders regularly)
Draft and organize closing checklists, entity documents, and diligence materials
Communicate directly with attorneys, clients, and third-party vendors
Work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What They’re Looking For
2–3+ years
of commercial real estate paralegal experience (commercial required; residential does not translate)
Someone self‑driven who can take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision
Bachelor’s degree preferred, though strong experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Professional presence and excellent organizational skills
Schedule & Compensation
Hybrid:
3 days onsite weekly
First 90 days:
ideally fully onsite for onboarding
Salary:
Up to
$100K , depending on experience
