Your Responsibilities

Serve as the primary sales and service contact for new and existing consumer and business clients.

Use consultative sales practices to assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.

Cross-sell a variety of banking products and services, including checking, savings, digital banking, and consumer loans.

Gather and verify documentation for opening accounts and ensure compliance with regulations.

Facilitate smooth communication between customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Provide digital banking demos and assist customers with enrollment and setup.

Participate in outreach efforts to build relationships within the community.

Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.

Perform daily responsibilities and reporting as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team

Basic computer skills and comfort with technology.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills—both listening and speaking.

Ability to learn and navigate banking systems and processes.

Knowledge of deposit products, digital banking tools, and cash management is a plus.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to team success.
