Edge Realty Advisors is a rapidly expanding commercial brokerage working with real estate operators across the New York metro area. We are hiring for a commission-based Commercial Leasing Associate. This is a hunter role focused on outbound deal sourcing—not desk jobs. Day-to-day responsibilities include cold outreach to owners, tenants, and brokers; canvassing records and databases; preparing marketing materials; supporting due diligence; maintaining CRM pipelines; and continuously monitoring market activity, comps, zoning, and deal trends. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field 1–3+ years of experience in commercial real estate (leasing, investment sales, or acquisitions) Experience with lease administration and/or underwriting fundamentals Ability to generate and manage leads independently Familiarity with NYC commercial real estate is a plus Must hold or be willing to pursue a NYS Real Estate Salesperson license This is a commission-based role. A draw can be discussed as well.
