Denver based law firm is looking for a
Real Estate Legal Assistant
to join their growing team. Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals for a commercial real estate law firm
Supporting 3-4 attorneys
Must be able to preserve confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and work for multiple timekeepers daily MUST be able to work Monday-Friday, in-office for at least the first 4-5 months; Overtime (few hours per week) and/or working weekends may be required
Potential for hybrid schedule (one day/week working from home) later
Qualifications
MUST have at least 5 years of legal assistant experience Advanced word processing and proofreading skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook Heavy Word Processing
Produce different types of documents from a variety of source materials
This may include Dictaphone tapes
