Responsibilities Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Loan Officer, based in Dallas, TX, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. As a Senior Loan Officer, your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the mortgage process, ensuring smooth and efficient loan origination. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, evaluating financial documents, collaborating with underwriting teams, and assisting borrowers in securing tailored loan products that meet their needs. You will also play an active role in business development, maintaining compliance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Loan Origination, including familiarity with FHA, VA, and conventional loan products

Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Underwriting processes

Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships

Previous experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial services role

Proficiency with mortgage technology platforms and digital tools

Effective communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred

Relevant licensing (such as NMLS certification) is required
