What Will I Be Doing?
Enter legals and classified advertisements into the appropriate systems, while following standard operational process.
Interact with customers via phone, email, or in-person, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a courteous and empathetic manner.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, services, and policies to assist customers with their purchasing decisions or troubleshooting needs.
Investigate and analyze customer issues, determine appropriate resolutions, and take necessary actions to resolve problems promptly.
Process customer orders, payments, and returns efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers, maximizing sales and revenue.
Do I Have What It Takes?
Competency in technology including Microsoft Office & Adobe PDF
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven history of customer success based on relationship building.
Patience, empathy, and active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve customer issues.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or a related field is a plus.
