A large, well-established financial services organization is seeking a detail-oriented
Loan Servicing Operations Specialist
to support a commercial lending operations team focused on vendor and supplier finance. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a structured banking environment and contribute to a high-volume operations team. What You’ll Do
Support daily loan servicing and funding operations Initiate funding requests through internal systems Perform data entry, validation, and accuracy reviews Handle reconciliations and research discrepancies Monitor and manage a shared team inbox Provide remittance support and transactional processing What We’re Looking For
6+ months of loan servicing experience (auto, mortgage, consumer, or commercial) Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) Strong math aptitude (manual calculations/discounts) Familiarity with AP/AR processes Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Work Environment
Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Must be onsite Wednesdays Team-oriented, process-driven environment This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience in financial operations within a reputable organization.
