Write, review, and provide feedback on content to ensure it meets client objectives and adheres to established standards
Analyze and interpret complex medical documents, guiding junior team members in their analyses
Lead discussions of content directly with authors and clients, fostering strong relationships
Manage and mentor Medical Writers, ensuring high-quality content development
Attend medical conferences to assess market opportunities and competitor product activity
Qualifications
Advanced life sciences degree: MD, PhD, or PharmD
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience within a medical communications agency
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Extensive medical writing experience
Proficiency in Word®, PowerPoint®, Excel®, Adobe Acrobat®, and reference-management software (EndNote®)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience interacting professionally with clients and thought leaders in various therapeutic areas
Superior time management skills to effectively manage demanding timelines
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
