The Team and Role: This is an Inside Sales position within S&P Global Market Intelligence Software and Services Division specifically driving revenue. Our services provide transparency to financial markets, help reduce risk, and create opportunity. We offer risk and compliance management coverage, including support for global regulations. We provide an onboarding solution for counterparties to share client data and documents (tax, regulatory, constitutional, and other data) to support account onboarding, KYC, credit, tax, and legal review. About The Role. Grade Level (for internal use): 09. Responsibilities And Impact
Development and execution of a sales strategy with an emphasis on increasing revenue within an existing client portfolio Increase sales revenue through targeted campaigns, price increases and identifying price upticks where applicable Work with the NRS teams to run campaigns and increase qualified opportunities in our division Manage and keep track of NRS renewal book, setting a strategy on how to approach individual renewals Prospect and Cold Call Relationship maintenance and development with key clients Collaborate to cross-sell within the NRS division and broader Market Intelligence division Strategic planning with Sales and Account Management team and the existing client base to identify new initiatives and partnership opportunities Compensation/Benefits
This section is only applicable to US candidates. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $59,212 to $82,119. Final base salary will be based on location, experience, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Basic Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of work experience Solution selling with a track record of exceeding quota annually; ability to manage a complex sales process and achieve new revenue targets Knowledge and experience of capital markets, specifically in the Operations space and/or Regulatory solutions Ability to manage senior level meetings and navigate to senior level contacts Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to present information, handle detail, influence decisions and work with individuals at all levels Ability to review, track, and analyze commercial deals Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally Team player and willing to progress in a rapidly changing environment Proficiency in Excel including experience building Pivot Tables Additional Preferred Qualifications
