Achieve sales objectives for dealer business in assigned territory on a quarterly and annual basis Leverage data to identify market opportunities to drive growth in market share and revenue Lead business planning efforts with distributors and develop annual sales and marketing plans Drive dealer profitability improvement through coaching and influencing Territory Managers and dealers Represent the employer at local market events such as dealer open houses and trade shows What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; equivalent industry and sales experience considered 5+ years of successful durable goods sales experience, preferably in outdoor power equipment or related dealer sales Substantive business understanding of dealerships and/or distributorships Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
