Carpenter - Residential Remodeling — Denver, CO | Full-Time Position Overview: We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Carpenter to join our residential remodeling team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, building things the right way, and being part of a team that values quality over shortcuts. You\'ll work alongside experienced carpenters, project leadership, and trade partners to support framing and general carpentry work on residential remodel projects. This is a field-focused role with clear direction and support - not a management position. What You\'ll Do
Perform residential carpentry and framing work on remodeling projects Assist with layout, framing, and modifications to existing structures Read and follow construction drawings with guidance from lead carpenters or supervisors Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Communicate jobsite needs or issues clearly with the team Support inspections and make adjustments as directed Help with general carpentry tasks as projects progress What We\'re Looking For
2+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred Experience with remodeling or renovation work is a plus Basic understanding of framing and construction methods Willingness to learn, take direction, and improve skills Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Pride in doing quality work Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation Why Work at H&H Builders
