Job Description Position Summary:

The individual in this position aids in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals. Additional functions performed include the adherence to master plans and schedules, and the development of solutions to current problems.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Liaison with customer sourcing.

Coordinates customer shipping requirements with certified scheduling reports.

Responsible for maintaining customer demand in Wyman Gordon ERP system (dates, quantities, shipping addresses, etc).

Preparing bids and negotiating specifications and contractual provisions.

Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.

Sets up new account information and resolves customer issues/problems.

Responsible for ensuring customer adherence to contract terms and conditions.

Performs additional tasks as required.

Work with different levels of personnel within an organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills.

PC/Symix/Syteline skills.

Self-directed and works well in a matrix organization.

Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies

Ability to work with a team at all levels of an organization

Experience & Education

Bachelor's degree required.

Four-years related work experience.

Familiarity with standard cost concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

US Citizenship or Perm Residency is required due to government military contracts

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $96,000 to $144,000 USD Salaried based on a variety of factors. This role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
