Patrick Dealer Group is hiring! Are you ready to be the goto expert who keeps a busy automotive service department running smoothly? Our Hyundai dealership is looking for a Parts Counterperson to support technicians, assist customers, and help maintain an efficient, wellorganized parts operation.
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday with Saturday rotations, 40 hours per week.
Shifts: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

About the Role We’re looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused
Parts Counterperson
to join our Hyundai dealership team. This position plays a key role in supporting our service department, retail customers, and wholesale accounts by providing accurate parts information, efficient order processing, and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries, orders, and pickups
Identify correct parts using catalogs, diagrams, and dealership systems
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving, stocking, and documentation
Process invoices, returns, and warranty parts
Support daily parts department operations and uphold dealership standards
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Qualifications
Previous automotive parts experience preferred (Hyundai or import brand experience a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Familiarity with parts catalog systems and dealership software
Reliable, organized, and detailoriented
